I am so grateful for the opportunity to train with Erin…

at the Yoga (Mechanic).  Erin’s intention to keep the training small, to allow for a true one on one experience was priceless.  The training consisted of not just “book learning,” of cues but then immediately putting them into practice so you weren’t just memorizing words on a page.  You were actually learning how to teach them; imagine that!  In addition to learning the postures with a strong focus on alignment, we also learned how to teach; how to lead the room/class, how to project your voice when speaking and how to handle different situations that can come up when teaching yoga to all sorts of people and backgrounds.  I highly recommend this training to any one who is looking to further their own understanding of the practice or to a seasoned teacher looking for a new perspective.  I left the training feeling confident, not just in my knowledge of the postures, but in my ability to truly guide students through a valuable and worthwhile class.”  -Amie H

After taking Erin’s training/mentorship, I felt confident…

in not only my own practice but also as a teacher. As a trained vinyasa instructor, I was a little nervous about learning a new style of yoga and different way of teaching but Erin’s instruction, guidance and coaching made this training very personal. All of the materials she provided were very clear and concise and the one on one Q&A time was exactly what every teacher could dream of during a training. She kept the class small, which allowed for more practice time and we actually got to teach! Everything was very organized, from the training class materials to the structure of the agenda.  All in all, Erin’s training/mentorship was well worth my time and money and I would highly recommend this training/mentorship to any yogi who is looking to deepen their practice or take the leap to teach a class!  -Sarah M
